プライバシーポリシー
Treasure System（以下「運営者」といいます）は、モバイルアプリ「TRPGダイス / My TRPG Dice」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
1. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
本アプリは、アカウント登録を必要とせず、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、位置情報、連絡先、広告IDその他の個人情報を、本アプリを通じて運営者のサーバーへ収集または送信しません。
本アプリでは、以下の情報が利用者の端末内に保存される場合があります。
- 利用者が作成または編集したゲームタイトル、グループおよびダイスプリセット
- お気に入りに登録したダイスプリセット
- ダイスのロール履歴
- テーマ、言語、サウンドその他のアプリ設定
- 本アプリの利用に必要なローカル設定情報
これらの情報は原則として利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、運営者へ自動的に送信されることはありません。
2. 広告およびアクセス解析
本アプリには広告を表示する機能はなく、広告IDを使用しません。また、運営者は、本アプリ内で利用者を追跡するためのアクセス解析ツール、行動分析ツールまたは広告配信SDKを使用していません。
3. 共有機能
本アプリでは、利用者の操作により、ダイスのロール結果などを端末の共有機能を通じて他のアプリまたはサービスへ送信できます。共有する内容および共有先は利用者が選択します。
共有後の情報は、共有先となるアプリまたはサービスのプライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約に従って取り扱われます。運営者は、利用者が選択した共有先における情報の取扱いについて責任を負いません。
4. 外部サイトおよび第三者サービス
本アプリには、プライバシーポリシー、利用規約その他の外部ウェブサイトを開く機能が含まれます。外部サイトでは、アクセスログ、Cookieその他の情報が、当該サイトの運営者によって取得される場合があります。
Apple App Store、Google Playその他のアプリ配信プラットフォームが取得する情報については、各プラットフォームのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。運営者は、アプリ配信プラットフォームから、個人を直接特定しない形式の統計情報または診断情報を受け取る場合があります。
5. お問い合わせ時に取得する情報
利用者がメール等で運営者へお問い合わせを行った場合、運営者は、返信およびサポート対応のため、利用者のメールアドレス、氏名または表示名、お問い合わせ内容、端末やアプリの利用状況に関して利用者から提供された情報を取り扱う場合があります。
これらの情報は、お問い合わせへの対応、不具合調査およびサービス改善のために必要な範囲で利用し、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく第三者へ提供しません。
6. 情報の保存期間と削除
本アプリが端末内に保存する情報は、利用者が本アプリ内で削除するか、本アプリを端末からアンインストールするまで保存される場合があります。アンインストール後のデータの取扱いは、端末のOS、バックアップ設定およびアプリ配信プラットフォームの仕様にも影響されます。
お問い合わせに伴って取得した情報は、対応、記録保存、紛争防止および法令遵守に必要な期間に限って保存し、不要となった後に適切な方法で削除します。
7. 情報の安全管理
運営者は、取り扱う情報への不正アクセス、紛失、漏えい、改ざん等を防止するため、合理的かつ適切な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット通信や電子的な保存方法について、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
8. 未成年者の利用
本アプリは、未成年者から個人情報を意図的に収集することを目的としていません。未成年者が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意または監督のもとで利用してください。
9. 利用者の権利
適用される法令に基づき、利用者は、運営者がお問い合わせ対応等を通じて保有する自身の個人情報について、開示、訂正、削除、利用停止その他の請求を行える場合があります。請求を希望する場合は、下記のお問い合わせ先までご連絡ください。本人確認が必要となる場合があります。
10. 本ポリシーの変更
運営者は、法令の変更、本アプリの機能変更その他の必要性に応じて、本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページまたは本アプリ内で分かりやすい方法によりお知らせします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から適用されます。

Privacy Policy
Treasure System (“we,” “us,” or “the Operator”) establishes this Privacy Policy to explain how information is handled in the mobile application “My TRPG Dice / TRPGダイス” (the “App”).
1. Information Handled by the App
The App does not require account registration and does not collect or transmit names, postal addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, location data, contacts, advertising identifiers, or other personal information to servers operated by us.
The following information may be stored locally on the user’s device:
- Game titles, groups, and dice presets created or edited by the user
- Favorite dice presets
- Dice roll history
- Theme, language, sound, and other application settings
- Local configuration data required for the App to function
This information is generally stored only on the user’s device and is not automatically transmitted to us.
2. Advertising and Analytics
The App does not display advertisements and does not use an advertising identifier. We do not use analytics tools, behavioral tracking tools, or advertising SDKs within the App to track users.
3. Sharing Features
At the user’s request, the App can send dice roll results or other selected content to another application or service through the device’s system sharing feature. The user selects both the content to be shared and its destination.
Once information has been shared, it is handled according to the privacy policy and terms of the receiving application or service. We are not responsible for how a destination selected by the user handles shared information.
4. External Websites and Third-Party Services
The App includes links that open this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service, and other external websites. External websites may collect access logs, cookies, or other information in accordance with the policies of their respective operators.
Information collected independently by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another application distribution platform is governed by that platform’s privacy policy. We may receive aggregated statistics or diagnostic information from these platforms in a form that does not directly identify individual users.
5. Information Provided When Contacting Us
If a user contacts us by email or another method, we may process the user’s email address, name or display name, inquiry details, and any device or application information voluntarily provided by the user for the purpose of responding and providing support.
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to inquiries, investigate issues, improve the App, and comply with applicable law. We do not disclose it to third parties without the user’s consent unless required by law.
6. Retention and Deletion
Information stored locally by the App may remain on the device until the user deletes it within the App or uninstalls the App. Data remaining after uninstallation may also depend on the device operating system, backup settings, and application distribution platform.
Information received through support inquiries is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide support, maintain appropriate records, prevent disputes, and comply with legal obligations. It will be deleted appropriately when no longer required.
7. Security
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect information under our control against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. However, no method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Children and Minors
The App is not designed to intentionally collect personal information from children or minors. Where required, minors should use the App with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
9. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing concerning personal information that we hold through support communications or similar interactions. To submit a request, please contact us using the information below. We may need to verify the requester’s identity.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, App functionality, or our information-handling practices. If a material change is made, we will provide notice through this page or another appropriate method within the App. The revised policy becomes effective when it is posted on this page.
